More close ups! This time it’s Angelesti’s twin sister Ruxandra Von Dracula and her boyfriend and TV Ghost Hunter, Rey Salchicha... you can call them RuxandRey Salchichula just like the tabloids do!

Design notes:
Rey: He’s Zack Bagans. The character (and the show he host) actually skews closer to the Josh Gates of Destination Truth type, of being more outdoors and adventuresome, but Zack Bagans is funnier to draw so I drew him instead.

Ruxandra: I’ve drawn Ruxandra before, but this is an extreme redesign of her. Her eyes are spaced a little farther apart now because I saw Amanda Seyfried on TV and was like “I need to draw those crazy eyes!”
I took me forever to decide whether she and Angeles where identical or fraternal twins. I decided on fraternal so Ruxandra is much slimmer than Angelesti (or I guess less curvy, since Ange is already pretty slim) and slightly taller.
I really like how the sparkles on her coat came out.
For people keeping score of the rules of the vampires in my universe, Ruxandra has ‘tan’ skin because it’s spray on, naturally she’s as pale as her sister. She has no fangs because she had them sanded down when she started acting to appear more “normal pretty” (she stars in the SyFy “Sharkasaurus” Movie Franchise, an idea that when I came up with it was supposed to be hilarious she’d be so famous for being in garbage TV movies, but now that Sharknado exist I guess I’m just straight up referencing Tara Reid’s career without adding a joke.) She still drinks blood, she keeps a sharpened straw in her purse of puncturing things to drink.

The Clown: The Clowns are not human, they have always been and shall always be. They are always watching, they are always here, they live in your dreams and long for a chance to return to the world of the living. They were here before man first walked on this Earth and shall be long after we have left, no doubt gone by the hands of the clowns themselves.
