It's a massive improvement over what you posted on the forums some time ago.

However there is an area between the top spine and his forehead that is too flat and could do with a little raising / curving.

His face might be a little flat , leading to a somewhat "stoned duck" appearance, given the angle of it is a little off. Maybe the face could be extended out a little and tilted slightly from the top inwards.

Otherwise those improvements sound like they would be easy to pull off and it's almost there.
