A portrait of an NPC for a D&D I'm going to be GMing hopefully soon.Also, I direly needs to figure out how to do shading better, but everything in due time.

Great dude! You dont need extra shading, way it is looking great and simple. Maybe you sould add some shadows to left of necklace since you choose light source on right side
