I don't watch the modern day Power Rangers shows, their just not as good as the the 90's and some of the early 2000's one's.But recently I learned that the Red Ranger called Jaden from 'Power Rangers - Samurai' got replaced as Red Ranger by his sister Lauren.
So this got me thinking - What would a Power Rangers series be like if it was all female Rangers ?.
I doubt a series of female only Rangers would ever get made, but maybe could work as a one off storyline in a future series of Power Rangers, and if so, I'd love to have it feature the return of Amy Jo Johnson as Kimberly Ann Hart, the original Pink Ranger from good old 'mighty Morphin Power Rangers', as she is sadly the only 1 of the original 2 female Power Rangers still alive today, as her female Power Rangers co-star Thuy Trang who played Yellow Ranger Trini Kwan sadly died in a car accident on the 3rd September 2001, aged just 27
Pity I couldn't add a female Black and Green Ranger to this upload, would have been nice to have one of each colour

Hmm. Actually Boom studios could do this as a sort of sequel to their Mighty Morphin Pink mini series comic and have it be something like Kim has to lead a team of female ranger to defeat a new threat. Though she would need to be in her All-New Pink Ranger suit for it to work.

I grew up with the original Rangers, and they really meant a lot to me because of what I was going through at the time. Thuy Trang's death later hit me as hard as that of anyone I've ever known. Even if I never met her, or knew her outside her television character, she meant a lot to me, like all of them (but a bit more, because I had a *major* crush on Trini.) She's really a fascinating person once you read about her life. I have no doubt that if you *could* have given her a magic coin to turn her into a superhero she'd do everything her character did and more. I can only imagine what she'd have done if she'd lived. (At the very least, she'd have been one of the most memorable parts of a lot of other great shows!)
And I wish they'd do an episode like this, maybe when they get the Saban-era budget like this. I know they can't do a whole season like this, but if Forever Red, Once a Ranger, and Legendary Battle can bring back mixed teams of past characters, then maybe the next one could be a Forever Pink or Forever Yellow (in a Forever Yellow, I'd want Aisha as yellow. If Trini comes up, she's still in Switzerland.) or one of the current female Rangers is having trouble and is joined by whichever of her predecessors doesn't mind stepping into the spandex again.
I'd also have my own idea of who they all should be, but of course you have to have all the usual colors! So who would their sixth ranger be? Kat from SPD (gold), Udonna from Mystic Force (white), Gemma from RPM (silver)?
(They are, in order, a long-lived genius alien catgirl, a motherly master sorceress, and a weapon-maker with a childlike personality who is DISTURBINGLY addicted to blowing things up. Of course, Peta Rutter/Udonna is also no longer with us, but as a motherly master sorceress, we can say that a spell, accidentally or deliberately, reverted her appearance to that of the uncredited actress who played her younger self. As a fringe benefit, we might even finally learn who played young Udonna!)

there is no Female black or Green Ranger (yet) but we could look at there super Sentai counterparts to see if there was any females as Green or Black.
