It's finally done! Vanilla's Sonic Channel art for Concept: Mobius. I'm really quite satisfied with how it turned out! I'll be posting a journal shortly, updating about C:M.The sketch was done by *chibi-jen-hen (here: [link] ) and I did the rest.

Okay, this is awesome!Β The art looks like official Sonic Team art, which is surprisingly difficult to pull off successfully from my experiences with fan art.Β I like the single mother rabbit, mostly because in a cast rife with impetuousness, she's one of the few characters with ANY patience for it all.Β You kind of need it for raising a six-year-old, anyway.Β I remember creating an OC husband for her, but I have since scrapped that idea.

I personally wondered why Sonic X changed her ascot to blue to begin with, but you like what you like.

Her expression is just motherly and sweet and I LOVE the folds in the dress. I mean, if I saw this on the official Sonic channel site...I most likely would've mistaken it for official art
But yes, it would be nice if Sega developed Vanilla more. Because I think she is a pretty underloved character
