Instead of shooting where I was, you should've shot where I was going to be!Man, can you believe 38 of the entries are mine?
Many thanks to for making sure I wasn't the only one entering this month, they are now in my cool club.
This is the kind of stuff I wanted to eventually do, giant sprites/ set pieces made of our 'pixels'. But due to lack of interest, it looks like I'm gonna put the Patchwork Collab on hiatus for now. If people want to still make patches, go ahead (make as many as you like), if I get enough I'll do another round but no promises though.
The one thing that bugged me the most is the amount of people who asked me questions about entering (often annoyingly specific) then didn't bother. Seriously, what gives? Don't try and fight me about putting the cast of a WHOLE GAME SERIES in one entry then not bother.

Yeah, I honestly think people underestimated what this could truly end up like. Imagine if somehow, we managed to add even half of all original video games characters into a mosaic (or even if I'd allowed all 649 Pokemon?).

Your first submission looked really good, but like I said, it broke the colour rule. I was really really patient with you about the palette you should've used, and it took a few good tries to get through to you about it. Then when you finished, all that was left was a red blob, no shading, no refinement, no nothing. Everyone else put effort into theirs, so I was expecting the same from you.
And also, it's my collab! I choose who's accepted and who isn't.
