Remix of this fucker - dogtoothpaste.deviantart.com/a…I DESPISE that piece, but JonnyPenn gave me some good advice to try and refine the concept into something I would feel better about. So I tried and ended up with this....in my humble opinion I nailed the fucking head of this thing.
I can't explain this very well, but I've been trying to draw out this feeling for a very long time. That feeling doesn't even have a name and I can't describe it but I've been feeling like this for years...I've just been scratching at this for so long and now that's it done I feel like I just dug out a bullet. I'm just happy I got the idea out....completely. Phew. Quite a few of my demons manifested themselves in this one, even if it's not as complex as the powder one, it feels more relatable and not as alien.

Nice work. Glad to see you kept at it. I'm really liking the composition and the bold use of black on white. Also your other colors have better contrast now and are more distinguishable.

i know! i totally went through all the people i followed and got rid of 100-200 people who i dont even look at anymore! i'm finally realizing i need to surround myself with people who are doing art that i want to be doing, not just people who draw the same sparkledogs and adopts?? it's so scary that i'll need to have my portfolio done by octoberish for colleges so i've got to start doing some more meaningful pieces!!

It does doesn't it?! The only downside to india ink is that it smears TERRIBLY when it meets prismacolor pens (ugh)
I'm not sure if you meant "good" or "god" work but both work I guess thank you so much haha
But yeah this is definitely one of my more personal pieces. Pretty sure a few of my demons manifested themselves on this
