I took this shot at Bloomingdales Department store window in New York City at night so that I could avoid any reflections. I always go with my best friend LuLupoo When I went there and first saw these mannequins in the window I liked them them very much because of their hairstyle which I felt sort of gave them all that 70s look. The only problem was that the background was a moving one and sometimes that causes a blur effect even if you got a clear enough shot of the image so when I had viewed the shots I took I was not happy with the background part of it so I thought that it might be good idea to have an artist friend apply this retro wallpaper I found which I felt would compliment this shot nicely. I was right and I was much happier with the results and thought it was a perfect look because all the colors work well together. So some credit goes to jennaikikz I want to thank you Jenn for a superb job. I want to add that she is also an excellent digital artist and very good at what she does. She can apply new backgrounds to images and takes out backgrounds as well and does this work as a commission reasonably cheap. Why not check her profile page out?
