It's been roughly ten years since I first got my hands on Poser and rendered the "Process Line" scene, which apparently has more favourites than any other image I've uploaded here. With those points in mind, I decided to remake the image (the original render scene was lost years ago, oops) with more of a Space Ditz feel to it.Related content

why are these dolls if they are dolls white and not red like the other ones that I've seen in other pictures.Β

The white/grey ones came first, and already existed as a conversion option for victim species of the invading Enthasa aliens.
After staying in the Sol system for a while, someone invented the red drone as a new design for converted humans.
The white/grey drones are better at combat, though there are a few different types and some are better than others. The red ones are more general worker drones.

Well, you can't apply the sub-dermal pigmentation-correcting nanites or the monomolecular protective sheath to a drone unless it's been permanently depilated first. That's just a basic conversion fact.

This right here is exactly what supporters of would-be Matriarch Na'Xelna don't seem to realize!
It's not the B'turr who are taking our jobs. It's simple automation! Two generations ago, this very process line would have required six Enthasans to run - intake analyzer, formulation mixer, tattooist, oiler, material mounting technician, key grip... but now the machines can do it all, producing MORE drones in LESS time, and it only requires one Enthasan to check in occasionally to confirm that everything is working!
Let's face it, the glossy-black-collar Enthasan jobs of the past are not coming back. We need to re-educate our citizens for the jobs of tomorrow, and not dwell on rosy-goggled visions and false promises.

...and that was the situation earlier this evening down in cargo hold forty seven, where radical free-thinking activists continued to preach their message of reform in a desperate bid to wrest power from reigning Matriarch Na'Xelna on the eve of her second re-election.
Viceroy Imo En declined to comment on the developing crisis, which follows last week's shocking events that saw Na'Xelna's overwhelming majority support slashed by an alarming 0.00004% when no less than three Alliance Mothership constituencies (Drone Storage Hold 1138 South, Drone Storage Hold 94 East and Bane Cul De Sac Insert-Star-Wars-Numerical-Reference North) breaking away from tradition to throw their considerable assets behind rival Imo En, plunging the human enslavement economy into a hypnotic downward spiral.
Reassurances that the runaway rebellion was simply the result of Na'Xelna's finger slipping while she tapped idly at the ON/OFF switch atop the "drone free will" central control unit continue to be dismissed by remaining cargo hold 47 stalwarts, though experts speculate that this unprecedented behaviour could be the result of hold 47 being used exclusively to stockpile emergency psi-proof barriers. A recent opinion poll of drones taken during the past hour seems to suggest a return to regular operations, as responses to the question "do you believe Na'Xelna is doing a good job as Matriarch?" demonstrated a 100% rise in endorsement of the status quo (including "...", "...." and most common answer of all, "......") with only two reported cases of continued defiance - one of which could be construed as a vacant giggle, the other a confused squeak.

Wow, what is it with this image? It's already catching up with the original in terms of faves. Maybe I should just make lots of process lines in future
Fun fact: the original version was made using a single figure in different positions, with the results then being layered on top of each other afterwards. My computer back in 2006 (using Poser 6) couldn't handle more than two Victoria 3 models in the same scene at once without falling over.
Note also that normally I would have changed things in the picture to make it a bit more dynamic/dramatic, but this was more of an attempt to recreate the original than invent a new scene.
