Man, has this piece been a long time coming! It's no shocker that the two would end up being misconstrued- especially since Tal was basically Fordo- but MY version of Fordo. So as time went on and I looked at his design, I began to realize that he'd get mistaken IMMEDIATELY as Fordo, so I had to take matters into my own hands. I added the specific stripes and decals, and then changing his equipment loadout altogether so he'd stick out on his own. And I'm proud to say that... HE PRETTY DAMN WELL STANDS OUT! So this sketch is more along the lines of an evolution of Tal, but also me paying tribute to the badass character from 2003 that sparked my love for clones. So here's to you Fordo, you magnificent, no-nonsense, 'I'll-get-the-job-done', pistol-twirling, droid-ass-kicking, badass-clone-of-a-badass, bastard.
