    Collision is male Fire Islander of slightly above average height, and is well-built in muscle
    mass. He shares his father chocolate brown and coffee brown coloring but takes after
    his mother as far as physical traits go. His ears are petal-like and end in points. He also
    has a pair of crested horns that start at his temples and travel backwards towards the
    back of his head. He has an intricate golden yellow-orange lava markings wrapping
    around his left shoulder down to his upper arm and all the way around his forearm and
    stopping at his wrist. At the center of the wrapped ribbon like marking his a spiral and 4
    dots as the insignia of his father’s gang. He has also gained lava markings around his
    eyes as a way to honor his mother for staying strong in her struggle against Collision’s
    biological father. His under webbing for his wings and his under crest are a lighter warm
    brown. His wings have a clawed “thumb that are the same color as his horns and the
    spines that line his cheek bones.
Usual Attire:
    Clothes really don’t agree with Collision (they usually get destroyed from him using his
    ability) but he does have some handmade bracelets and necklaces that his younger
    brothers have made him that he treasures dearly.

Backstory:
    Collision is born on the Island of Fire just outside of Cinderside, to his mother Rita and her husband Pauvel. To whom she had married simply to keep her parent’s gang in the good graces of Pauvel’s. At first they were fine together, but it was soon evident that Pauvel enjoyed violence too much and took it out on his wife. Especially after she had Collision.
    When Collision is four years old, he gets a little brother whom his mother names Alecai & Collision instantly adores the little guy and vows to protect his little brother until his dying breath.
    It’s two years later and after a particularly brutal beating from Paul, that Rita takes her two sons and with the help of Paul’s brother, Scull, they escape to the Island of Earth. They live together in a small and worn down hut of a house inside of Mica, where Rita makes a living for herself as a stall attendant for a small businessman. It soon becomes their home and Collision wouldn’t have traded it for the world cause his mother and his brother were safe from his father and his gang members.
    Soon after getting comfortable and Collision has been enrolled in on of the few “classes” that Mica has, Rita meets and falls in love with a handsome Earth Islander by the name of Dex Westkin. After a year of dating and the approval of the boys, Dex marries Rita and they have a beautiful baby boy by the name of Adamos (Addie) and not-quite a year later, they come across a very young & orphaned Water Islander girl by the name of Aysu. Everyone instantly adores her and she becomes best friends with Addie and they’re inseparable.
    Collision is of course the loving and protective big brother for all his younger brothers and sister, and he grows up helping his mom and stepdad take care of all of them. Despite his constant stream of torture through loving pranks and noogies & other brotherly things.)
    They all go to a small “school” of sorts that is present in Mica, (which is just a refurbished building where a small group of tutors teach large groups of dragonlings broken up into similar ages) and Collision lives up to his nickname by becoming the torment of his teachers. As he often takes punishment of others, that he deems deserving, into his own hands in the forms of brutal pranks. For example, the one he did to Maze where he set her tail feathers on fire after she called a younger classmate a racial slur. It completely ruined her tail feathers, which will now remain a charcoaled & burned mess for the rest of her life. And started a never ending prank war between the two’s friend groups.
    It’s after the summer he turns 13 that Maze moves to Mica and joins his class. At first he’s quite excited to befriend the new student with the beautiful eyes and soft feathers. (He actually instantly developed a crush on her that never really left) But once they actually talk to each other, Collision realizes she was just as racist as her parents and she can’t stand his uncouth and downright obnoxious behavior. And BAM! They can’t stand the other.
    At first they just start out saying snide remarks to the other in passing, which would often result in violent verbal spats. (Collision was raised to never hit a lady and never will after seeing his mother being abused for the first part of his life) Their hatred just escalates even more during the big War between their friends. Despite the teachers’ and their parents’ frustrations.
    But over the years and multiple “truces,” they actually grow to be close despite still “hating” each other. They even become sorta-friends and Maze was dating another dragon, Collision never acts on his crush. Even after their disastrous breakup, he didn’t act. He just wanted to leave her time to heal, while they become even closer. Their war turning more playful instead of spiteful. And once Collision actually works up the nerve to ask her out, a dark and handsome stranger comes to town and ruins everything.
