I've finished!!!! Ah, i actually reall enjoyed doing this piece because it was a lot of practive for me. Someone commented on another piece of work saying to try and work on rounding my pictures and making them a little less 2D with shadows and highlights. I hope i achieved it here, i certainly think it looks a million times better than any of my other pieces.Haha, i actually coloured this twice, first time around i had done over an hour and a half worth of work and stupidly i hadn't been saving it. Predictably my computer spazzed and crashed, losing all my work. So poor ickle me spent the last 2 hours re-colouring.
I'd love some constructive criticism BUT please please PLEASE don't comment on how crap the scarf looks or the shading on the face, they were annoying me so so much!

well, i taking things literally it's me made into a character.
the physical characteristics are supposedly the same.
the only thing different is the name (Gwen O'reilly) and that i'm not a witch.
I wanted to make a character that would not get the dreaded "mary-sue" label.
so i tried to base her physical-personality aspects on me, instead of making them up.

Ah that's clever. Just as long as you don't go for any wacky colours with the eyes and hair, or give her something noticably different like a scar or tattoo she wouldn't really be labelled as a Mary-Sue...
But good idea nonetheless

I love my hair and i know those wacky color dyes are kind of bad for it.
and i like my oak brown eyes. i wouldn't have them any other way.
and erm....if I include a birthmark would that be mary sue?
I have a birthmark that kinda of looks like a cross. which i'm really fond of.
I have it after I needed an operation when was born.

Tell me about it! At the moment this is all i have time to do! I have about 25-40 unfinished things that i really want to complete but just haven't got hte time for, i really should organise my stuff better.
I need to do a journal update too, and i wanted to do a pic for 1000 page views, but because of my computer messing around i couldn't
