Description
MITOSIS is Edward's transformation of a Protost of planet Myceto.

Origins: The name Mitosis is a reference to his ability to regenerate from the smallest of remains.

DNA Source: The DNA source of this transformation is unknown.

Appearance: He has the appearance of a green blob of slime. He has three glowing green eyes with black stripes above them and two antennae-like protrusions on his forehead. He sits on and wears a grey and black suit with four four-toed feet and two four-fingered hands. The Omnitrix symbol appears to be located on the centre of his suit, but it's actually attached to his body and it just fits on the suit.

Powers:
- Shapeshifting: He can shapeshift to a low degree and grow basic tentacles.
- Elasticity: Mitosis can stretch himself, squeeze though the smallest of spaces, reconstitute if splattered, and extend his size. His gel like body also renders him a degree of immunity to conventional physical attacks.
- Regeneration: Mitosis can regenerate even from the smallest of remains, so long as his body is not evaporated.
- Enhanced Physiology: When in his blob form, he is far faster and has great strength.

Equipment:
- Suit: His suit has feet on the bottom that can help him move and fingered hands for more precise inputs.

Weaknesses:
- Limited Regeneration: He cannot regenerate if he is completely evaporated.

Commentary: Though Edward personally prefers Goop, he doesn't deny the fact that not having to deal with a gravity projector to move around is a great advantage of using Mitosis.
