Description
RYU RANGER is Edward's transformation of an Eltarian from planet Eltar.

Origins: The name Ryu Ranger comes from the words ryu, which means dragon, and ranger as an obvious reference to the Power Rangers.

DNA Source: The DNA source of this transformation is unknown.

Appearance: Ryu Ranger is a green armored humanoid with gold and black plating and some minor red details. His features are no different from a human's except for his grey-blueish skin. The Omnitrix symbol is located on his chest.

Powers:
- Enhanced Physiology: Ryu Ranger possesses great strength, durability, speed, dexterity and stamina.
- Melee Combat: Ryu Ranger is incredibly good at hand to hand combat and martial arts.
- Limited Time Manipulation: Ryu Ranger can access the power of the Morphin Grid to create portals to another timelines or even travel through time in the timeline he is currently in.
- Energy Manipulation: Ryu Ranger can generate great amounts of energy and manipulate it in various ways, from energy projection, electricity manipulation and even forcefield creation.
- Limited Mind Manipulation: Ryu Ranger can control the minds of other to do his bidding to a limited degree.
- Limited Acausality: The Morphing Grid can split his past and future into multiple timelines in order to protect him from paradoxes and causality, so he operates on a different and irregular system of cause and effect than regular causality. This grants him resistance to abilities such as Causality Manipulation, Fate Manipulation, and Precognition, among others.
- Accelerated Development: He has the ability to raise his statistics and/or abilities at a fast pace, improving his overall power effortlessly.
- Elemental Manipulation: Ryu Ranger can control the elements and the abilities that derivate from them.
- Plant Manipulation: Ryu Ranger can control the plants and the abilities that derivate from them.
- Light Manipulation: Ryu Ranger can create/generate/increase, absorb, shape and manipulate light and colors. This allows him to project it as energy attacks, holograms, visual illusions, and even become invisible.
- Flight: Ryu Ranger can fly at great speeds.
- Power Sealing and Absorption: Ryu Ranger can absorb the powers of others by touching them, and even seal their powers inside other objects or people.
- Self Size Manipulation: Ryu Ranger can change his size to become as big as Way Big.
- Magical Potential: Through accessing the Morphin Grid, Ryu Ranger has the potential to use magic.

Equipment:
- Armor: His armor allow him to survive in extreme environmental conditions such as the void, cosmic radiation, extreme heat, cold, etc.

Weaknesses:
- Physical Strain: There is a limit on how much power and power sets Ryu Ranger can get from the Morphin Grid at once, since his biological structure can be heavily weakened or straight up die from the sheer strain of using too much power at once.
- Morphin Grid Dependency: If his connection to the Morphin Grid is severed, he loses his powers.
- Armor Destruction: If his armor gets severely damaged, his body becomes more vulnerable to any attack.

Commentary: Since in this universe the Power Ranger villains do not exist, Zordon never left Eltar and never created the Power Coins, which is why the Power Rangers never existed in the Ben 10 universe. In this universe though, Eltarians have a natural connection to the Morphin Grid due to this version of Eltar being a universal anomaly, just like Anur Vladias, this is because of it's connection to the Morphin Grid that extends through countless universes, allowing his inhabitants to access a variety of seemingly limitless powers, but being a wise race they decide not to use them except for keeping them secret and safe from those who try to use them for evil. Ryu Ranger's appearance is heavily based on the second evolution of Lord Drakkon. Fun Fact: Edward likes to pose when saying something heroic when he is in this form, only for a random explosion to appear behind him afterwards.
