Again the shot seems askew... but i think it matters a little less in this shot as the others... I like the angle and the sbuject, only realy complaint is that... It all molds together from the greys and tones... is this Black and white by nature or by choice?

Choice. Originally it's just plain brown. I personally like the b&w more.
