Description
Second skull, now drawn traditionally. 4H, HB, 2B, 3B pencils. Reference on the left.I got too bored drawing this one, so some volume was left behind. The skull got wider and lighter. And here's my biggest problem: I'm afraid to make dark look dark enough. It's all psychological blocks...
Spent about 6 hours split in 6 takes.

looks great! But the reference is a a bit off, the forehead area shouldn't be flat. As for the darkening bit unless you plan to frame it or something it will probably end up in a cuboard or something im guessing so you may as well finish it, and if it doesn't work out you will still have this picture and will have learned something.

The reference was fine as a digital image, but once I printed it at home, lighter tones were lost. The forehead actually had some tone, and in general it looked very natural.
Probably the only reason I was drawing this is practice.
Thank you for the comment!
