So for the most part, this is my Springtrap cosplay (work in progress and all)I've already painted the holes on the chest plate and I've already got the next layer of stain on the finished arm set (still needs blood)
So if it looks like alot...it is :I ...Alot more work than planned. What's not on the table are the wires, Purple Guy's pants I need to shred, and the Endo-Skele legs
Going to put up another set soon. Both arms with the brown and green stain on them : ) Hope you like

Foam base, cut holes where they gradually go into a center to give depth, poxie the holes, paint the holes black, put low gauge metal bars into the holes to give the effect of the Endo-skeleton under it, cut the fur out to length, stain via browns and greens to resemble mold and dirt, blood comes lost in staining, use silver tight long sleeve gloves and stockings for exposed support bars for arms and legs, cut holes out of the fur, apply fur to foam base, add valcro on the sides of the pieces, snip out rings on the fingers without cutting through them for articulated fingers, add blue and red electrical wire to the places seen in the game for show accurate detailing...

with it all being made out of foam and minky....incredibly light

I got tubing I'm going to make dark red, alot of dark red paint, mold green paint to add to, and I'm going to have wire going up and down my neck like the spring locks and have some on my face to give the appearance of my face being springlocked.

I don't know if this is applicable to the design, but you could put LED's inside ping-pong balls painted to look like eyes into the sockets, and just use the mouth to see out of. They're relatively cheap, don't take a lot of power, and can stay on for extended periods of time without burning out.

oh I'm totally making glow in the dark eyes via LEDs, and the way i'm doing it it will lit up the eyes and will light up the inside of the mouth of the head while I open the jaws up.
I plan on using the whole skit of pulling the mouth open to show Purple Guy. I have his whole outfit under the suite, including a security badge
