Stepping onto the shattered ledge,Knowing you're about to take your final breath.
Diving off of the rocky edge,
The worldly pain ends with your death.
For all your life you've lived in torment.
No one in the world cared for you.
Your thoughts and actions were only a hint.
The pain of life splattered over grey hue.
The life you lived, the pain you felt,
Can never compare with the agony you dealt.

I might suggest working on the rhythm a little bit. But that's something I'm not very good at myself. I prefer to try and write meaningfully, in hopes that my words make at least one person think. Concern for how the poem sounds isn't really at the top of my list.
Good job here regardless. People do care, and those that commit suicide may not realize it. But then the bullshit comes in...the people that only begin to care after someone has already killed themselves, and they say they're sorry, and blame themselves for not trying harder while that person was alive.
