Here's an update on the WIP of Simplify, my next Win7 Theme.I've redone the window frame and now the theme has a start menu. Also the taskbar is complete.
I need you're feedback regarding the windows frame... at first went with the dark frames but after testing it a few days, I ahd to drop them because they literally burnt my eyes.
What do you think, dark window frames like these: [link]
or
semitransparent like in the screenshot above?
And oh yeah, how do you like the scroll bar and the caption buttons???

I'm casting my vote for the dark window frames, though. Just my preference.

the black window frame looks so much better in my opinion, also if you grayed out the folders background some I'm sure the contrast wouldn't hurt your eyes so much

i really like the taskbar and the start menu....But with these caption buttons i think i prefer the dark frame...Semitransparent windows seems a little nah....
Also i would like the explorer not be so "white-ish"...Maybe you could try make it just a litle darker like krissirks' spot/prod...
And please use Segoe Ui!!
