Love your style here. Portrayals of Buffy as Sarah Michelle Gellar are good, I mean, we're naturally going to associate her face with the character. But I like it better when a piece is done in a different style; the essences of Buffy comes through in the art, not the trigger of seeing the actress's face.
Same thing goes with the master.

heh, haven't seen a buffy fanart in a while. this one's pretty good, tho. the layout of the image is great, although i do have a bit of a problem with howher left arm gets awkwardly cut off at the elbow joint. not cool, man. other than that, the expression on her face, the way you shaded and everything; PRO. nice work.

I did notice the awkward crop there. The arm is the right length and everything. I don't know I just didn't think it was drastic enough for me to redraw the whole thing.

you don't need to redraw it; just crop it in a little further so that it's not cutting off at the elbow, but a little before the elbow. *shrug* i dunno, at least give it a try in photoshop or something, see what you think. it's an awesome picture and it's a pity that it's thrown off by something as little as cropping.

It never says how she got the scar. She is alternate universe Buffy so she only has the scar in the one episode.
