Reality is like A big video game, and this quantum layer is the game's code. Since we're all like players, we can't see the code ourselves because it exists beyond our reach, and we can only do what the rules and limitations of the quantum code allow. We're only able to perceive the result of what's in the code in the form of the physical world.
But if you're a "Programmer", you know how to access that code, and how to change it. Changing the code changes the game, which changes the physical world. Is that it?

I wouldn't blame the fluoride, I'm more likely to blame the shit ton of drugs that are prescribes and advertized at the drop of the hat only to see a year later that there lawyers making commercials because the drugs from before killing people etc.
that and the dumbing down of school curriculum.

Fluoride is toxic?
Fluoride opponents are fond of stating that that the bags containing the sodium fluoride used to fluoridate Arcata's water are labelled "TOXIC." The bags contain pure sodium fluoride and this substance, if ingested in large quantities (such as dipping your spoon into the bag and eating it), is indeed toxic. However, simply because something is toxic under certain circumstances (e.g. high dose) does not make it toxic under all circumstances, and certain "toxic substances" are actually necessary for life. Iodine (which is in the same periodic table group as fluorine) is also toxic when ingested in large quantities. However if iodine were not added to table salt, the incidence of thyroid disease (goiter) would increase because this element is necessary for health. Oxygen administered at 100% under pressure is also toxic, which is why divers do not use pure oxygen. Even pure water can be toxic if one ingests too much of it.

Plus I can tell you're passionate about the subject, this is the first time I've seen you swear in a chat box. Your point does make a lot of sense, we've become a heavily medicated society nowadays, and the side effects for some of these drugs sound like they rival the syndrome!
And as for the dumbing down of school curriculum, ohoho, you may know about it, but I have LIVED it my friend! It's awful, how they don't teach kids to be active in politics, or even how to READ right! I graduated in a class of people who still read words out loud ONE SYLLABLE PER SECOND!! And did you ever notice how when the government makes budget cutbacks, that education is always the first one to get the axe? Oh yeah, like THAT'S a good idea!
