Wic closed his eyes for the third time, the instructor's voice trailing off into nothingness. He opened them, hoping to see that the figure was gone.

But she wasn't.

The being floated, right off the side of his desk, smiling at him. Nude, with a long scaly tail ending in a cache of spikes, webbed ears, and massive wings. Everyone else was oblivious to her presence, but there she was, plain as day.

And only HE could see her!

She just smiled at him, affection in her eyes. Wic then heard her say something lightly, as if content with the situation.

"Master..."

This is a wallpaper derived from the Chapter Image for Chapter 2 of Magick. Which took me the greater part of many mornings to finish before going to school.

The image itself was drawn while my mom was in the hospital after her motorcycle wreck back in August, which she is still recovering (very well I might add, currently only has a six inch long burn on her butt and some double vision. Everything else healed up nicely)

Wiccard Blare is the one sitting in the chair, looking humbled/surprised at Brianna, floating next to his desk in the middle of lecture. Familiars can only be seen by Magi and those who can sense Mana (that which they are made of), and not by anyone else. Their existence is safe, even if the Magi is blushing half the time...

I had fun drawing this image, which was REALLY close to the image I had in my mind for months.
