Here's another set of custom Spartans. They're all Blue-related even if they aren't directly on the Blue Team.

I guess the basic Master Chief isn't customized, but he's got a Spartan Laser and that's good enough for me! His solo victory over the Covenant on Halo causes the Reds and Blues to be stationed in Blood Gulch to begin with, earning him the (respectful) ire of Church, Tucker, and Griff.

In the middle sporting the tan armor is York, a freelancer who appears in the Red vs. Blue mini-series, Out Of Mind. He helps Tex track down Wyoming, but is killed by a couple of bullet wounds to his torso. The Freelancers were all originally part of a Blue Army experiment, but those who kept their AIs (such as Tex, York, and Wyoming) went AWOL after the Blue Army tried killing them. He gets a Scout helmet for being a commando like Tex and Security shoulders since he is an infiltration expert.

On our right is Jacobs, a blue soldier who wears green armor and appears only in one of the alternate, non-canon endings for Episode 100. In this ending, Church is not killed by Caboose in the tank during Season 1, but is instead simply knocked out. The events of the rest of Red vs. Blue were just a dream according to this ending and Church forgot to include Jacobs in his dream. Since this ending was non-canon, so is Jacobs. He's Blue enough for me to include him in this picture and since he appears only in original Halo-style, he gets a custom-made Mark V Mjolnir helmet. He has EVA shoulders because I just ripped them and wanted to use them.
