IΒ΄m not sure, that I understand your Question correctly...This is not a painted Texture (Image) on the Model.
It is a colour-node and a specific tuned noise-node, who produce the "Leather" here.
Imho, "Cell Shading" is an solid colour with an outlining. (e.g.: typical Manga-Look, produced in 3D)
This Model came without a Texturemap, and I havenΒ΄t found the time to do(unwrap) one by my own, tho...
