Now, onto the feedback:
Oh damn, this is brutal!!! But to be more specific, this is brutally visceral without any of the gore being gratuitous. Many artists do seem to have problem with the simple horror truth of less shown being many times more effective. This Picture does a gret job at capturing the desperation and pain of someone stuffed into one of these contraptions. the sharp gears around the neck and shoulder joints would be the place that would tear the flesh and cause bleeding, but not death, it is well portrayed as a slow and bloody process of literaly mangling one inside the inner workings. The gasping for air, shriek of pain mixed with coughing up blood that drips on the floor. Very efective portrayal indeed. Although on the more technical side I can't give too much advice since I am not very skilled nor experienced wh digital art. I can say though that the colors, shadng and lighting especially is Great, although a bit more sharper contrasts might ve looked even better, but that is justy personal nitpick. The dust specks gliening in the light are a nice touch that helps give depth to the Picture and Works well as a atmospheric bonus at the same time. All and all wonderful work, simple but perfectly structured and effectivelly made.

Not necessarily. Supposedly, when the Springtrap Suit was found by Fazbear Fright, a long time had already passed, and Purple Guy had been reported of using the "Golden Bonnie" suit. Thus I think that the suit being relatively new here fits into the timeline rather well as it decayed in the 30-ish years it was sitting in the back room of that restaurant.
