Alignment: Evil, not allied with the other villains and only works with her partner Kamen Rider Hokmuto.

Abilities: high strength and durability, and can make EMP’s with her weapons

Weapons: Mutan Hooks (hook based weapons)

Finishers: Mutanis Punishment (rider kick)/ she kicks her foe straight up the hits them with a high side kick when they fall back down, Mutan Ripper (weapon finisher)/ she dose a double crossing with attack with her weapons

Personality: The user is a woman named Nanaco Mutras. She is a tough woman and doesn’t back down. She works with her partner/ husband Kamen Rider Hokmuto selling weapons and Zarlaman Energy cells to the highest bidders.

Weakness: she’s on the slow side, she sometimes questions her and her husbands less then ethical “business”

Facts: she is on the taller side of other rides but not super tall
