Thanks

Cetis is a fictional planet that I created for my project, is a world of a similar size of Mars but with habitable conditions to support life.

For the creators, well, were psychopaths human minds that created these beings, initially the ancestors of these octopuses are intelligent, sapient, but after a few million years lost their wisdom, however, them retained the characteristics that enabled them to survive on land, and there arose these flying octo... well, It is a bit complicated to explain

I read there's also a moon called Cetis (Or it could be a Kuiper Planetoid I don't remember) there could be possible to Terraform.

Psycho-Scientists are everywhere and are in any-age ! They're like always existing
