I'm confused. Is this how you make it look more like a Manga Drawing rather than a 3d manga? I want my finished product to look like an actual manga, not have it look 3d. 3d looks weird to me... :/

No, this is how you bring out more detail in the character models, so it doesn't make them look "2-D".
For that, you would have to use the filters in Comipo! that make it black and white or stylized like a manga.

Where can I find that filter? I only got it a few days ago so I'm still learning a lot.

It's two over from the eye/visibility icon on the right side of the program. It looks like an icon with rainbow colors on the bottom, but fades in opacity as it goes up.
