The full version of Akashio ,YET another one of the mysterious four, about to swim.
The dark blue part with light blue waves is not his skin it is actually a suit much like surfers or marine animal trainers wear.
He wears it because he's almost always in the water.

His first pair of arms are used only for swimming. They're shaped like fins with the pointer as the longest finger so its easier to push away water. He walks, writes and grabs things only with his second pair of arms.

ANY ideas for a VA for him?

If you are gay this is not to offend you but this was the conversation with my mom:

Mom: "why are his hands up in the air? Is he Gay or something?"
Me: "What!?, um no. He swims with those hands only, so he keeps them up If he would use them he would slip."
Mom: "So...when they're up do they sway from side to side. lol"
Me: -.-' "No" "And now I and all the gay guys hate you now."
Mom:
