Description
An other visualization of Solomon Kane; This time he's a little bit younger tough. Perhaps, this picture depicts Kane during or afterwards British and Spaniard conflict (which is told briefly in Solomon Kane's Homecoming, Sir Richard Grenville and Blades of Brotherhood) . Or front of a head hunters klan's collection hall or anything you can imagine and any story you can make up for or associate with Kane. Anyways, for swashbuckler and fantasy fans, enjoy.Related content

This is amazing work. You've taken such care to make each skull unique, I imagine it took a lot of patience and thought. Beautiful illustration!

I adore Moleskine sketchbooks. When I see one in a stationary store, I can’t help myself and most probably I buy it. Hence there are a few untouched and unopened moleskins around the house. I finished one plain sketchbook, I started a watercolor sketchbook and I have a half finished storyboard book and a Vincent VanGogh Museum pocket sketchbook which has a marvelously shiny red cloth hard cover that I afraid to touch because I may ruin it. Anyway, because of my job, it’s very hard to seclude and work. Always there is something to spoil your concentration. I pupil comes up and asks something about a school project and a colleague comes and starts a beautiful conversation and you may lose your appetite to work. And obviously it’s so hard to walk around with huge 35x50 sketch books or canvases. But you can carry this moleskine in your pocket and you can go to a bar to hang up with your friends and also you can continue to work on your comic book or your latest hotshot illustration project. Just like an automatic drawing, a simple scribble, you talk you drink and same time you draw. Fabulous! Most of my recent works are drawn on moleskine pages including Sixty Two Skulls. They are scanned on high resolution (600 ppi) and painted in Mac by using Intous. I may exhibit the original drawing on the future days. Cheers J

That's wonderful, and almost incredible to think that you did this in a Moleskin. I carry one with me everywhere as well for notes and story ideas. I do hope you post the original, I would love to see it!
