Razor is an augmented tuatara from the New Atlantis laboratories. As part of the EDGE program, Razor has a few electric based abilities. He can charge up his spines to deal devastating slicing attacks to targets. The altered membranes of project Razor enables this experiment a substantial healing factor. Overclocking his power nodes will grant a tremendous boost to this healing rate, strength, and charge capacity. However, overclock periods require a cool down state, exposing the experiment to more harm if not handled efficiently.

The parietal eye of Razor allows a sensitive detection to radiation around him. This sense can be used to build a mental map of the environment, given sufficient radiation is being dispersed through the area.

Though pretty tame in personality, pushing Razor's "buttons" can result in aggressive retaliation.
