I've been looking at this drawing over and over and I can't see this face everyone's seeing. Is the blood drips from the knives supposed to be the eyes?

Oh my... That's even better. Oddly enough, when I first saw it, that didn't seem intentional either. Just really freaking cool.
Close! The face that I see at least, is a girl with her eyes closed. As the knives sort of form the middle one's outline and the girls' hair mirrored in that small flip makes up the third one's eyes. It's almost as if she's at peace despite the psychos~

I feel the peaceful look she gives fits quite fell.
