Dust-
Another member of the 13 An Yun. He is a Bedouin- a Middle Eastern nomad. His power is the ability to control the fluids in living organisms. He cannot control say, a glass of water. It needs to be "living".  One of his famous techniques reserved for "important prey" is the Siphon, in which Dust pulls every ounce of hydration from his victim. He then bottles some of the fluid for his collection and then worn on his belt. Dust is somewhat of a vampire in the sense that his metabolism is such that he becomes dehydrated very quickly. Therefore, he must take the water from other living things (people, animals and plants) in order to survive.
