Actually, the colors are almost "out of camera". The "lighting" was done by those energy-saving fluorescent lamps, which in almost every case give you a weird color cast, even if tha camera's white balance was calibrated. But in that particular case I liked it, it suits the model's red hair and the overall mood of the picture.
