A strange Gogoat that apparently has some mystical powers. It took the residents awhile to figure out /how/ had turned them all into feral Pokemon, and it was apparently this guy. He says his name is Loki but... he couldn't be /that/ Loki? The god of mischief could he? He's just a Gogoat. He's not a legendary Pokemon or anything! No matter, even though he's been unmasked, he's still running about, causing havoc, and worst of all, refuses to turn anyone back to normal.
Moveset: Attract; Wild Charge; Hidden Power; Leaf Blade
Extras:
-Shiny but leaves are golden in color.
-Yes he's obviously based on the Marvel Loki.
-I have a shiny Gogoat in game named Loki so that also inspired him. 8D
