I thought this character was a pretty basic doppelganger type villain for Starfire, until I saw her in the animated Teen Titans show. I absolutely loved her in that series. It definitely captured that rival sibling dynamic. I like the idea of her being the "cool" popular sister, but is also the bad egg of the bunch and in this case the really bad egg. If anyone who has a sibling like that knows exactly what that is like. I obviously had to make her like my Starfire design, but I had to find a way to make her stand out besides a palette swap. I decided to make her a little more armored up and war monger like. This version would obviously be after she completely submits to her evil side and her introductory version would be more casual like Starfire. She's the corrupted cosmic princess, it's Blackfire!
