I almost completely forgot about this guy. Not because he's a minor character or forgettable, but because I forgot he was a DC character. For some reason I thought he was from an independent company. Either way, I think there's a lot of potential for him in this day and age. A humorous superhero is what we need right now in this time, but with a major update at least in terms of his design. His costume is absolutely ridiculous, which is the point, he originally designed his costume as a distraction and because he thought it was funny. But in order for a redesign, I have to well... redesign it. I wanted to keep the ridiculousness of his original costume, but update it for the modern century. I kept the flashy color scheme, gave him goggles, and gave him some nice sponsored "shoes". I heard rumors that they're making a movie about him, but gender swapped (which I hope isn't true, but we'll see) which could have the potential to be really hilarious. Points for anyone that gets the pose reference he's doing hehe. He's DC's most flexible superhero, it's Plastic Man!
