HUGE FILE. DOWNLOAD AT YOUR OWN RISK O.OSO, I feel that was a pretty through tut -_-
As you'll probably come to see, the ice-wing making isn't neccessarily hard (for those with a bit of patience, lol) but it is LONG.
I didn't include how I managed to make the water coming out between the crystals because I realized it is so much easier to download some decent splash brushes or take a look at already made tutorials xD
Any questions or comments welcome. I'd love to see what ya'll would be capable of using mah little tut ^-^

And it might work with a tablet. The way I do it with a mouse is click a point where I want the line to start, press and hold down the SHIFT key, drag my cursor to where I want the line to end and 'click'!
POOF! A magically straight line appears in the color, width and shape of your choice (this trick works with any kind of brush too - at least so long as it's in Photoshop >.>)
