Here is a step by step tutorial process for how I make my dragon wings. This tutorial is my second attempt at making a fingered dragon arm, and I am really pleased with how these wings turned out. I used a different wrapping technique as well, which allowed me to keep the fingers thin! Some needle felting was done on the thicker section of thing, but for the most part it was just wrapping.

Here in part two I show how I go about making the second wing armature, the sheet felt process, and the beginning of putting the wing together.
