First up, I'd love to talk about the Vision rating; This piece is wonderful. It's cute, sexy, colorful, and your style is wonderful (as always). This is an amazing piece, you've made great progress in short time.
Originality... Well, I like the pose, (the little) clothing color options, the roundness and softness here. Overall, you've done well with creating an original piece based on the show. I like the use the cuter version of Retsuko here, thus I regard this image a little higher.
Technique... Oh Lord, where to begin. All I can say here is, you've a very attractive style. Proportion, shape, schemes, all good. Getting a body shape like this is hard, more than people believe. Overall in Technique, Good Job.
