I wanted to draw something that could depict Scourge as guy who is determined to wreck havoc no matter what the situation, tell me what you think!Also, this was like "an evil version" of this picture I drew Boost!

Nice artwork.
I do miss Scourge quite a bit. If we forget about his time as useless Evil Sonic, then Scourge is a really cool villain.
