I dunno I haven't been feelin it lately. I think it's cause of work, plus the ME detailer said he wasn't going to cut orders till February. I think that's bothering me more than anything and on top of that we just had three avalanches the entire town is covered in snow.

well, hopefully the detailer will send you somewhere with less snow, though dont let hard times get you down, I let it motivate myself to work harder, workout harder, commit to my literature and creative writing arts, and to focus more with my family.... remember, its not how we fall, but how we rise afterwards......

8 weeks for the first initial results, but the shots are from 12 weeks later, and I did a simple low carb and low protein diet, completely cut out eggs, bacon, soda, and certain desserts out entirely. Then as a warm up before my free weights workout, I do 20 mins of high intence cardio, either running, or elyptical, keeping my mph above 7, or my rpm(mets) at 10 or higher. Its the same initial idea behind p90x and insanity, just without having to spend so much money on that bullshit and still getting the same results...

Dude that's awesome. I can't wait to get back to a real gym. I can use the tredmils or elliptical here cause the breakers always trip. The Gym here is straight out of the 60's I mean it's ancient. Those results look awesome. I don't ever want to go back to a boat, boats make you fat. Plus I am thoroughly convinced that the military can function without Officers.

I know right. I think it should just be enlisted from now on. Officers may have been needed like 60 years ago but today they're just a bunch of over educated amateurs who kiss each others asses. Makes me sick, they can't even do the most simplistic jobs.
