Description
Crystal Showers - Dorrigo World Heritage National Park, NSW Australia.
Today I had the pleasure of trekking through Dorrigo National Park to Crystal Showers Waterfall. Unfortunately there wasn't much water coming down and having seen thisplace after floods it was a bit disappointing lacking it's 'wow' factor. I did walk 2hrs to get here so I made the most of the conditions. This perspective behind the falls always fascinates me and inspires me to try new angles from behind the water.
Enjoy!

I shot at 2.8 and manually focused on the water so that it wasn't lost the background. There was a lot going on the background, I tried stopping my aperture down but the water became part of the background, which looked cluttered.

OH MY GOD THIS IS AMAZING! Was there a little clearing where the rain fell? Or was it raining everywhere?

It's actually a waterfall flowing over a cliff face into a pool below. I took this photo beneath the cliff looking out from behind the falls.

Looks like one of the fairy pools I would find in Legend Of Zelda.
