I don't know whether or not Neopets are considered animals, but here's a picture of my new Baby Usul, Shebille. My friend Jess gave her to me, and I'm very happy with her! Thanks Jess~!This style is new to me, and I've yet to perfect it. I think the image came out nicely though--for my first try.
Done in Paint w/ Tablet Pen.
Approx. 2 hours.
