The strong light in the background, that does not illuminate everything gives a decent "punch" to the image. What is especially good is that it is not a white light, but a harsh yellow.
The tire tracks in the snow add to the image and give some focus, especially since they sort of disappear into the light.
The darkness to the left of the light provides some nice balance. I think it would be interesting to see the image with the light shifted a touch more to the right - I think the darkness should have a little more area in the image, which could potentially add a little more impact.
