again, i had to adjust the contrast on this a bit. my camera's black-and-white setting was affected by the brightness of the day and my B/W pics turned out a lighter grey and white.i love the white-on-dark, and these trees look so peaceful. it was almost surreal standing outside when i shot these; two days before, it had been sunny and in the seventies. in fact, today is in the sixties and sunny as well. these were taken yesterday. such is the crazy weather of colorado.

Ya gotta love those freak storms on Easter don't you. Wouldn't have been so bad if we hadn't had 70+ degree days before that. great pic by the way.
