Yep I've seen that too, the drawing as been tweaked a bit but it's still the same, and I was really pissed off because there wasn't any credit at all but a two minutes google search lead me here. (also be warned: this site is very very nsfw)

I don't know what it is, but something about these two remind me of Bubba and Benjamin from Logan's porky. With bubba, he looks so rough and hairy; With Benjamin, basically his hair. sure hes more tubby, but still.
