well I really didn't do any editing at all, but usually to get a vivid/exotic look you can pump up the saturation a bit in PS

I thought it was a flower when I first saw the picture - only when I read your description did I find out it was a pine cone. This is a lovely capture, the details colour and exposure are perfect.

prima oara am crezut ca e un ananas mutant! but it's really nice si se potriveste foarte bine cu titlul. colours are a bit too bright for my taste, but anyway, it does call for some
