I didn't change anything about Minako, other than using a variation of the PGSM pallete for the uniform. Her hair is now barely past her collerbone.

Similarly, Venus is pretty much the same, other than she doesn't get her chain until much later, so she never actually wears it.

The base for her (and the other girls) was made by porcelian-doll , with some edition to the base's eyes made by me.

Also, the title is a reference to Star on Stars, her duet with Rei in the new Crystal CD.

The next thing is the girls' weapons.
