Long ago, I used to build on a MUD called Phidar where I developed a species known as crystemmites -- basically humanoids with crystal skin who lived in another world. Over the years, they've gone through several redesigns but this is the one I've more or less settled on. This is a member of the Amber Clan known as the Aakathi.
